Terms and Conditions
The price of your holiday only includes accommodation in our caravan. If you require fun works passes for yourself and your guests, they can be purchased from reception while you are on the park.

Only the people named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan overnight.

If there are any problems with the caravan on arrival, e.g. damage to fixture and fittings, missing or damaged items in the caravan etc, the owners must be informed within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, when we find it when we check the caravan after your stay we will assume the outgoing guests are liable. A damage bond of £50 is required for all bookings. This will be repaid in full if there is no damage. If there is damage, or the caravan requires extra cleaning, the cost of this will be taken from the damage bond and any balance will be refunded. In the event that the damage is serious, we will ask for a further payment to cover the damage from the lead booker.

The caravan will be available for you to use from 2pm on the first day of your holiday and we ask you to be out of the caravan by 10am on departure day. however, if you have purchased fun works passes then you can stay on the site and use the facilities until 6pm
