Is it too early to think of Christmas shopping?

It might be too early to be buying Christmas presents but its not too early to book an autumn or winter break for shopping. The yorkshire coast is the perfect place to go shopping to find unusual presents that are a little bit different for the special people in your life.

We now only have 10 - 20 October left for this season, so if you fancy a short break while the children are in school, we can still accommodate you this year.

Although the facilities will be closing at the end of the October 1/2 term break, the site remains open through November and December. The weather on the east coast is usually milder in winter than a lot of the country and so its a great place to get away for a few days to re-charge your batteries before the hustle and bustle of Christmas.

Its also a great base to explore the Christmas markets in the area:-

17 November - 23 December St Nicholas Markets, York

18 November North York Moors Christmas Fair at Danby visitors centre

18-20 November Whitby Christmas Festival

27 November Scampston Christmas Market

2-4 December Sledmere Food and craft festival

2-4 December Whitby Wonderland

10 December Malton Christmas Food Festival

11 December Beverley Christmas Festival

18 December Wolds Christmas Festival, Driffield Showground

If you would like to book in November or December, just get in touch and we can give you more information of whats on in the area during your stay.

We are also filling up with dates for 2018 being booked out already. we only need a deposit of £50 to book a break with the balance being due 8 weeks before the holiday, this can be paid in instalments if required.
