Now the main season has finished and all the facilities have shut down, Primrose Valley has become the perfect place to get away for a few days of Christmas shopping. The towns round Primrose are perfect for finding those quirky gifts for hard to please family and friends.
Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and Whitby all have a range of shops, both major high street names and small local businesses. Further afield is York with its traditional Christmas markets and craft fairs. In Cayton (just outside Scarborough) there is the stained glass centre, John Bull rock factory is in Bridlington and there is the Freeport Outlet in Hornsea.
